On 13 June I started my 21 stock Death list portfolio - 21 shares heading for zero or being booted off the market - see HERE. Until now 27 stocks have entered the portfollio and I am claiming ten kills - not bad eh? Today I go over the four kills since the last update and add four new entrants to the portfolio. Do the Cloudtag morons really want to bet against me with my current kill rate? I review all 21 now current members. On 23 August I got my first kill and so Afren (AFR) was replaced by Daniel Stewart (DAN) HERE. I have now had four more kills and nearly all those that have survived have seen their shares tank. Now I update with 4 new entrants, given that I have had four more kills, and I review the original entrants that cling on to life. Just. 71 days ago it was world gin day and to celebrate I came up with 21 Companies that I thought would be brown bread by December 31st 2016, either delisted or bust or both - the Death List HERE. So far Afren has lived up to expectations and so I replace it with a new death list entrant in today's podcast. I keep having this odd image of Malcolm Stacey. He lives among the heathen celts of Wales and is a self confessed money tree worshipper, an older man with white hair - he is Getafix, the druid from Asterix the Gaul. Getafix heads off into the woods with his sickle to hack away mistletoe to make potions. Malcolm heads off into the woods to hack away at the money tree and then brews up a potion.
He stands over his cauldron and as Delphic type vapours emerge he intones "I know, buy Advanced Oncotherapy, add more Tertiary Minerals." Sometimes it works and he enjoys a good night at the Punters Return. Other times it does not work and Malcolm realises he took cuttings from the wrong tree. Getafix mutters to himself "but the Money Tree realy does exist" and trudges back into the woods with his sickle to continue his quest. I digress.

The good news: Worthington's lawyers letter issued today is not from Pinsent Masons and so as per my deal with God earlier I can carry on drinking, swearing and thinking about Cheryl Cole. In short: the letter has arrived and I shall see you in short bitchez! I am not a man for backing down. The bad news, my critics have anounced they will smear my 78 year old Dad as well as me.
